DELIVERY & RETURNS
We ship your jewellery within 2-3 weeks. All of our jewellery is delivered fully insured by our tracked and trusted couriers.
We do ship internationally fully insured. At the moment we have fixed shipping costs for Europe only, should you wish to ship to another country please do let us know so we can get the shipping cost estimated for you. Please note, some countries have import restrictions that prohibit us from shipping jewellery, including Russia. Also note that we are not responsible for any taxes or duties that may be imposed by your local country at the time of delivery.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. All orders require a signature upon delivery. Please make sure you are available to sign for your order when it is delivered, as you are solely responsible for the acceptance of your order upon delivery. MAGONI is not responsible for delayed delivery, or any other issues once your order leaves us.
Please note, we cannot be held accountable for delays in delivery, including customs clearance. If you are not able to receive the package, please contact the shipping company as soon as possible providing the tracking number so they help redirect your package to a suitable location or hold it at their facility on your behalf.
If your order is sent back to MAGONI by the shipping company for failure to deliver, you will be required to pay for the re-shipment of your order.

If you have a problem with your piece, please contact us within 7 days of your delivery. Our number one priority is that you love your new jewellery. If you are unsure about any aspect of a piece, please do not hesitate to reach out directly to concierge@magoni.co.
We are always happy to send additional photos and details, or talk through a particular piece over the phone prior to purchasing. In the case that you receive an item that simply does not work for you, please contact us.
Since each and every piece of jewellery is made to order, we are not able to accept returns. However we can offer to exchange your piece with another from the main collection. In which case we shall apply the full amount of your original purchase to a new purchase of equal or greater value from which we’ll deduct the difference.
For all the jewellery from the main collection we can accept exchange 72h after the purchase.
Items must be returned as new in an unworn condition within 10 days of receipt, and all paperwork (including the GIA certificate, if applicable) must be included. If you want to

All international orders are final sale.
All bespoke orders, including any pieces with personalisation, are final sale.
